Hi, I’m Yimeng Wang, a storyboard artist based in New York.
I grew up moving between cities, and somewhere along the way, I fell in love with both the energy of urban life and the peace found in nature. My creative work often focuses on themes like memory, emotional connection, and inner landscapes.
I see every experience as a way to nourish creativity — and even now, while living in fast-paced cities, I keep a small garden of potatoes on my balcony to stay connected to my countryside dreams. I’m passionate about telling heartfelt stories and building visual worlds that invite people to pause, feel, and imagine.
Some of the projects I contributed to as a storyboard artist have received recognition, including selections at Anthem Awards, National Film Festival for Talent Youth, New York Short International Film Festival, Cannes Short film Corner, etc.
